Full/half bridge drivers of PMIC(Power Management Integrated Circuit) contain two or more power transistors and the circuitry needed to operate them as switches. The transistor interior usually uses half-bridge structure, so that the connection point between any pair of transistors can be connected to either of the two power supply rails. They are utilized to convert low-level signals provided by control devices such as microcontrollers into high-power signals required to operate actuators.
