With high input impedance, low noise, good thermal stability, simple manufacturing process, FETs are widely used in large scale and large-scale ICs. Metal-oxide semiconductor field effect transistor(MOSFETs) is a field effect transistor which can be widely used in analog circuit and digital circuit. FET can work at very low current and voltage, so it has been widely used in large scale integrated circuits.
