RAM

Random Access Memory (RAM) is an internal memory that directly exchanges data with the CPU. RAM mainly consists of memory matrix, address decoder, read/write controller, input/output, chip selection control. It can read and write at any time (except when refreshing) and usually serves as a temporary data storage medium for the operating system or other running programs.RAM can write or read information from any specified address when it is working.
