Optical Sensors - Phototransistors

Photoelectric functional crystal is mainly the use of photoelectric conversion of functional crystal. There are many kinds, such as optical crystal, laser crystal, nonlinear optical crystal, electro-optic crystal, piezoelectric crystal, etc. Their job is to take optical signals and convert them into electrical signals. At the same intensity of incident light, phototransistors typically produce larger output currents, but respond more slowly to changes in light intensity.
