California Eastern Laboratories (CEL), a Renesas Electronics Corp. (formerly known as NEC Electronics) partners in North America and Latin America, exclusively sells products manufactured by its Compound Semiconductor Devices Group (CSDBD). These products include RF components and RFICs, optocouplers, solid state relays, fiber lasers and detectors. CEL has extensive inventory, provideing engineering design and application support through its Design Center in Santa Clara, California. CEL also developed the MeshConnect ? family of IEEE 802.15.4 / ZigBee RF modules and transceiver ICs, which is a member of the ZigBee consortium.
